Founder and Wealth Advisor

As Co-Founder and Wealth Advisor at Williams Financial Group, Stacia Williams is known for combining deep financial expertise with a warm, relationship-centered approach that puts women first.
Stacia works extensively with women who have spent years building meaningful careers — and now want to enter retirement with clarity, purpose and confidence. She believes retirement planning is not just about numbers — it’s about dignity, security, independence, family and legacy. She is Series 65 licensed, holds a life & health insurance license and is a Certified Federal Retirement Consultant℠. Her insights have been featured in Kiplinger, NerdWallet, Yahoo! Money and MSN Money, where she writes about the unique financial realities women face. She co-authored the book “Faith, Family, Finance: Your Blueprint to a Successful Retirement.”
Stacia is also the founder of Women & Finance, a women-centered educational platform and workshop series — and the founder of Financially Lit, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering high school & college-aged girls with financial literacy and confidence. Beyond the office, Stacia serves on the board of Commissioned to Heal, supporting families in need and she cherishes time with her husband and children. Her mission is simple: to ensure women never have to navigate money — or retirement — alone.
